Purpose

To have fun and celebrate Grace’s birthday despite of the Pandemic. The purpose of this project is to plan, implement and evaluate a small birthday party. Grace hopes to donate her birthday fund to Red Cross.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Date & Time : Date: September, 2020

  • Duration:  90~100 min

  • Location: Zoom

  • Breakdown

  • Greeting, Ice breaking ( 2 Truth 1 Lie game ) : 15 min .

  • Introduce Art project 

  • Session led by J (~60 min- 75 min): introduce the tool, showing the master

  • Cake cutting (blessings, gratitude)

  • Closing

MILESTONE

  • Date

    • D-24: Create Guest List and text them to see if their availability

    • D-20: Send out the Evite Invite

    • D-15: Meeting with staff from S* to see their offer and to confirm the order quantity

    • D-7: Send out the detailed information to the confirmed guest 

    • D-5: Follow-up email for the link and preparation

    • D-3: Text to confirm the delivery address 

    • D-2: Pick up Toolkit for the delivery

    • D-1: Deliver kits and cake to guests

    • D-Day: Online Setting Test, Party

    • Day After: Sending out thank you email and survey

  • Instructor experienced in guided Artwork session

  • Party sponsor to make key party decisions: time, budget

  • Party host family and guest and their family (optional)

  • Suppliers for party decoration, Sp*, cake 

  • Any digital instructions to distribute to guests prior to the meeting

  • Technical: Connection, Video and Audio, 

  • Schedule: Pick -up by Friday and delivery

  • Instruction: LOD for beginners to follow up

  • Privacy, Security: Agreement: Videotaping, social media sharing 

  • Organizational: Online engagement, Challenges of following the instructions
